  I was in the Auto Center and a man, wearing no name tag was very direspectful and insulting. I was searching for a specific type of oil for the car I was working on. I asked the man if he could help me, his response was "yes". I asked if he could tell me what type of oil could go in the car. He replied "NO" with his arms crossed. As my boyfriend walked up he proceeded to ignore me and point at my boyfriend, making eye contact with him while saying" Oh, YOU are the customer" and pushed the book toward him. When I began looking through the book he acted as if I could not manage and then saying " ma'am, do you need help? Lets see if you can find it. Do you need help?" while standing next to my ear. He refused to help me and proceeded to act as if my boyfriend is the only one who knows how to do anything. He was very disrespectful and refused to show me a product and continued to assist my boyfriend. I was the one who asked for assistance, I was the one that needed assistance. My boyfriend was there to be with me, he was not the person whom needed assistance. I do not recommend shopping in this area if you are a woman, I do not feel I deserved to be treated like this when I was not displaying an attitude of any kind toward him.
